Matt Carlton believes his company’s growth is the product of old-fashioned values, commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. His team, with more than 30 years of experience, includes Clint Thomas, Vice President, Tom Gann, Construction Manager and Janet Lott, Office Manager. They are all supported by a large base of expert subcontractors and suppliers who are tried-and-true craftsmen.
Matt gained his expertise with the Dana B. Kenyon Company of Jacksonville, Florida, where he served as a Project Manager in the Estate Homes Division. He is a graduate of the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida, and lives with his wife, Jacqueline, and two sons in Green Cove Springs, Florida.
