Everyone here at Carlton Construction is proud to be – once again – the only North Florida builder selected by Southern Living magazine for their “Custom Builder” program. As described by Southern Living, their program is “a network of more than 100 of the South’s top custom home builders brought together by our magazine.”
What does that mean? And how does it pertain to our current clients and those considering Carlton to be their custom home builder?
Well, for this invitation-only program, Southern Living goes on to say that the magazine “selects custom builders acclaimed for their detailed craftsmanship, excellence in customer service, financial stability, and use of quality building materials in their homes.” Southern Living checks homeowner and business references, to ensure “a builder that will deliver a quality custom home, and the customer service you expect.”
So, some of our current clients get to tell a major national publication how we’re doing. And, those who are considering us know we’ve been evaluated against some pretty high standards, and have come out on top.
A lot of builders throw around words like “quality,” “service” and “craftsmanship.” You’ll find those words here on our website. The difference is we truly live those words, and, for us, the Southern Living magazine Custom Builder selection is yet another validation that we’re committed to exceeding your expectations.
