Carlton Construction Tapped for Nocatee Amenities

Carlton Construction is proud to be providing construction services for amenities at select communities in Nocatee. Located in Ponte Vedra, Florida, Nocatee has been ranked as the third best-selling, master-planned community in the nation. Our most recent project has been at Cypress Trails, a Nocatee community of one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,750 to 3,384 square feet of living space on large lots, many with lake or preserve views.

Carlton’s amenity facilities work for Cypress Park at Cypress Trails includes a spacious clubhouse with both covered and open-air pavilions; resort-style pool with shallow-entry for the family as well as lap lanes for dedicated swimmers; a huge playground with multiple play areas; and a trail surrounding a designated dog park and large event lawn with a bandstand.

Next up for Carlton will be Nocatee’s Twenty Mile Park, an amenity center open to all residents. Similar to Cypress Park, Twenty Mile Park will include a shallow-entry family swimming pool with lap lanes, a dog park, playground, athletic fields, open-aired pavilion and an event lawn. By contrast, the Twenty Mile neighborhoods and park will present an “old-Florida” feel with preserved oak-tree canopies and native flora and fauna.

Clint Thomas, Vice President of Carlton Construction’s Commercial Division, said, “We’re thrilled to be playing a role in developing Nocatee. The amenities are an integral part of these growing and vibrant communities and truly contribute to the exceptional quality of life here.”
